WHo we are
St. Jude Family Fun Day is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit that raises money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Since 2016, we’ve organized an annual event that is fun for the whole family! From inflatables and horse rides to live music and delicious food, anyone will find something they like. 100% of our event profits are donated directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and we’ve donated over $200,000 over the past 9 years. Come on out on September 21 and have some fun for a good cause!
Our History
2016
Our first event, called St. Jude Walk-a-thon, was organized by David Carpenter and his family. Though we only raised $1000, many people left inspired by our mission and empowered to make this an annual event.
2017
Year 2 of St. Jude Walk-a-thon was a success! We sold food, played games, and raised $5000. This event inspired us to form a committee to plan our future events.
2018
With the formation of our committee, we decided to change the event’s name to St. Jude Family Fun Day, as we wanted families to have fun for a good cause at our event. We raised over $18000!
2019
Our event grew even larger this year, allowing us to surpass our donation goal and raise over $29,000! This was the first year we added a car show and sold event t-shirts.
2021
We sold delicious barbeque, hosted a craft fair, and added tons of games for kids (& adults). More than 200 people attending, raising over $44,000!
2022
Our biggest event to date - we raised over $50,000! Everyone loved the new food vendors.
2023
Our goal for 2023 was $60,000… but we blew that goal out of the park & raised $72,000!
2024
Our new goal is $75,000 - and we need your help to reach that! So excited to see you in September!
